Job summary

Velocity Vehicle Group in Nashville seeks an Inventory Coordinator to oversee and maintain inventory records, support the sales team, and ensure proper order data entry in line with OEM programs.

This role adds marketing support, lead management, and event planning responsibilities while requiring strong customer service, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with internal teams and external vendors to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory control, accounting, sales, or operations.
• Experience in customer service and vendor coordination is advantageous.
• Strong communication and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and accountability.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and related software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist sales team with entering order data.
• Manage internal databases for OEM programs.
• Identify opportunities to improve database functionality.
• Support marketing by creating materials and managing leads.
• Help plan and execute company events.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure policy adherence.
