Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Cycle Counter I to maintain accurate counts for in-house inventory within our manufacturing environment. The role requires precise data entry using RF scanning and strict adherence to safety and process standards.

You will support daily inventory cycles, work with WMS/ERP systems, and operate pallet jacks and order pickers as needed. This position is in an on-site manufacturing setting and may involve standing and lifting.

Qualifications

• High School or GED diploma required.
• Experience in shipping and receiving.
• Strong computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform work within a timely manner.
• Count accurately and enter data via RF scanner.
• Physically count components and parts to verify inventory.
• Adhere to safety, quality, Company policies and requirements.
• Inform proper personnel of shortages/overages, damages and thefts.
• Learn and adhere to OMS inventory processes.
• Meet daily production goals by completing cycle counts.
• React to change and handle other tasks including shifts and buildings as needed.
• Responsible for organization and cleaning of locations and identifying improvements.
• Operate order pickers, pallet jacks as required for cycle counts.
