Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year warehouse experience.
• Proficient in Windows Word, Excel, Outlook; JD Edwards experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Promotes safety policies and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and investigate variances, and post counts.
• Determine root cause issues for inventory discrepancies and communicate / participate in corrective actions.
• Coordinate and communicate with other shifts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor progress towards weekly / monthly count requirements and proactively communicate with leadership to ensure goals are met.
• Participate actively as a team member through lean activities / continuous improvement processes to improve inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate inventory audits with finance / auditors.
• Perform 3rd party cycle counts remotely from Dayton.
