Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years in warehouse, inventory control, or materials handling.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and ERP transactions.
• Experience identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Leads and executes daily, weekly, and monthly cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy (cycle counts).
• Investigates inventory discrepancies, performs root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions.
• Ensures accurate ERP (Oracle/IFS) inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations.
• Partners with operations and materials teams to resolve inventory variances, shortages, and misalignments.
• Identifies trends in discrepancies and drives process improvements to reduce inventory errors.
• Supports inventory audits and ensures compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
