Job summary

Gildan in Kings Mountain, NC is seeking a warehouse associate to locate bulk and finished goods in reserve warehouses, scan with RF devices, and report inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Control supervisor. The role requires standing 6–7 hours daily and lifting 30+ pounds, with duties at Cleveland and Canterbury facilities as needed.

Candidates should be literate, able to use a computer (AS400 a plus), hold a forklift license and basic calculator knowledge; training and mentorship are

Qualifications

• Reading and writing literacy required.
• AS400 knowledge a plus.
• Forklift license is a plus.
• Basic RF scanner knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to stand 6–7 hours/day and lift 30+ pounds.
• Knowledge of inventory status is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Locate bulk and finished goods in reserve warehouse using RF scanner; correct errors on cases scanned.
• Report recurring inventory discrepancies to Inventory Control supervisor; perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
