Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Lancaster, PA is hiring for a Cycle Counter. The role focuses on counting and reconciling inventories to support accurate orders and on-time shipments.

You will verify inventory, count physicals, and report discrepancies while following safety rules and standard procedures. The position runs Monday–Friday, 3:10pm–11:10pm, with a pay rate of $18.45 per hour plus a $0.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.
• 6 months warehousing/material handling experience, preferred.
• Follow established inventory control procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile inventories for customer, suppliers, and DHL.
• Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports.
• Count inventory for inbound and outbound freight and ensure product is undamaged and properly recorded.
• Ensure orders match customer specifications and requirements.
• Research inventory location problems and shipping errors; validate recalls.
