Stanley Black & Decker in Northlake, TX is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter for the 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 10:00pm–6:00am). You will perform regular cycle counts, use RDT equipment, and conduct end-of-line audits on outgoing products.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of forklift experience, strong math and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to ISO standards and safety rules.

You’ll get to:Conduct regular physical cycle counts using RDT equipment and perform end-of-line audits on outgoing products across all warehouse functions.Investigate inventory discrepancies, analyze root causes, and make necessary physical inventory adjustments.Follow all work instructions, ISO standards, and maintain thorough knowledge of distribution center processes and procedures.Communicate inventory-related issues and report quality defects promptly to the operations team and appropriate personnel.Accurately document all defects, findings, and inventory adjustments.Support other distribution center functions and perform additional duties assigned.Who You Are:You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
