Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an onsite Cycle Count Specialist at our Simi Valley, CA location. The role reports to the Materials Manager and focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and related transactions.

Responsibilities include owning the Cycle Count Program, producing weekly reports, and performing root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies. Strong counting, basic PC skills, and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count and perform basic arithmetic.
• Must have basic English verbal, reading and writing skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must have basic PC skills.
• Must be able to read Planning, Routings, Squawk sheet.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cycle Count Program and related processes.
• Provide the Cycle Count Report on a weekly basis.
• Perform inventory transactions related to cycle count.
• Ensure count and identification accuracy of on-hand and system inventory.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for inventory errors.
• Collaborate with personnel handling inventory.
• Create a Scrap ticket input report.
• Process labor tickets as required.
• Adhere to export/import and supply chain security policies.
• Follow environmental compliance and ISO 9000 standards.

Brief Description

This position will perform the cycle count of inventory for the PSI Bearings Division, located in Simi Valley, CA. This person will report to the Materials Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Will take ownership of the Cycle Count Program
• Will be responsible for providing the Cycle Count Report on a weekly basis.
• Perform inventory transactions related to cycle count.
• Responsible for count and identification accuracy of on hand and system inventory.
• Will perform Root Cause Analysis for inventory errors.
• Work with all personnel who handle inventory.
• Will create a Scrap ticket input report.
• Labor ticket processing
• Focuses heavily on inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to all Export, Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirement relevant to the position
• Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
