Job summary

Regal Rexnord is hiring in Simi Valley, CA for an onsite Cycle Count position within the PSI Bearings Division. You will own the Cycle Count Program, report weekly cycle counts, and ensure accurate inventory transactions and records.

The role reports to the Materials Manager and supports safety and quality standards. Key requirements include basic math, English skills, organization, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to count, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Must have basic English verbal, reading and writing skills.
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs.
• Must have basic PC skills.
• Must be able to read interpret Planning, Routings, Squawk sheet.
• Should have good working knowledge of internal processes.
• Needs high attention to detail.
• Strong focus on safety.
• Understanding of the need for accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the Cycle Count Program.
• Provide the Cycle Count Report on a weekly basis.
• Perform inventory transactions related to cycle count; ensure count and identification accuracy.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for inventory errors.
• Work with personnel who handle inventory.
• Create a Scrap ticket input report.
• Labor ticket processing; focus on inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to export, import and supply chain security policies.
• Follow state and federal environmental compliance programs.
• Adhere to ISO 9000 standards.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office. Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 Several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role responsibilities, candidate’s work experience, skills and education.

Brief Description This position will perform the cycle count of inventory for the PSI Bearings Division, located in Simi Valley, CA. This person will report to the Materials Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Will take ownership of the Cycle Count Program
• Will be responsible for providing the Cycle Count Report on a weekly basis.
• Perform inventory transactions related to cycle count. Responsible for count and identification accuracy of on hand and system inventory.
• Will perform Root Cause Analysis for inventory errors.
• Work with all personnel who handle inventory.
• Will create a Scrap ticket input report.
• Labor ticket processing Focuses heavily on inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to all Export, Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirement relevant to the position
• Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
• Adhere to ISO 9000 Standards
