Job summary

Neogen is seeking a Warehouse Cycle Count Specialist in Lansing, MI. The role focuses on cycle counting, inventory accuracy, and coordinating with teams to reduce variances. Candidates will leverage ERP and MS Office to analyze data

and participate in physical inventories, maintaining forklift certification. This position supports a collaborative, safety-conscious culture.

Qualifications

  • Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and recent warehouse experience.
  • Experience with cycle counting/inventory control preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret inventory data and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts based on the schedule provided to Team Lead.
  • Conduct cycle counts on shipping errors and verify quantities in Sales Force.
  • Analyze variances, report conclusions, and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other Neogen employees during cycle counts.
  • Participate in physical inventories as needed.
  • Maintain a current forklift certification.
  • Undertake other assignments as directed by supervisor or manager.
