Neogen Corporation in Lexington, KY is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee daily activities and lead departmental efforts. You will train staff, ensure ISO-compliant processes, and drive projects to achieve targets in a fast-paced, high-accuracy environment.
The role requires experience with MRP systems, RF scanners, and forklift operations, plus a valid driver’s license. A strong emphasis on safety, teamwork, and performance reviews is essential.

Education: High school diploma or GED.
3-5 years related work experience. Supervision experience in a warehouse environment is necessary.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, transfer logs, and shipping instructions, and procedural documents.
Ability to perform routine, high school level mathematical operations.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail, SAP experience preferred as well as the ability to effectively communicate electronically.
