Job description

The primary function of a Cycle Counter is to facilitate inventory control through a system of perpetual inventory. Must be able to work a schedule that includes mandatory overtime during peak periods. Must be comfortable with heights and able to obtain a lift operator's certificate through company-sponsored training.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 /hour (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate a radio frequency (RF) gun to scan merchandise
• Reconcile physical, documented, and electronic inventory
• Identify and have some familiarity with products
• Operate lift equipment
• Perform other assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors to perform job functions independently
• Reliable and consistent in schedule and performance
• Physical strength to verify inventory accuracy and mathematical skills to confirm quantities
• Ability to move and lift heavy objects
• Good verbal and listening skills
• Willingness to learn
• Complete lift operator certification and pass assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Mathematical aptitude
