Job summary

NRI is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join the Henderson, NV warehouse team. You will ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and help optimize processes for a fast-paced lifestyle brand. Experience with WMS, proficiency in Outlook and Excel, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Shifts include 6:30 am–3:00 pm or 3:30 pm–12:00 am with corresponding hourly rates. Commitment to safety and accuracy is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience with basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Must be a high-compliant and accurate individual.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Trustworthy and moral character.
• Must have 6+ months of experience as an Inventory Clerk.
• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dusty/noisy environments.
• Able to read and comprehend English.
• Ability to gain narrow aisle forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory cycle counts, audits, lost and found, inventory reporting.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, track and report them.
• Follow NRI safety rules, SOPs, and security procedures.
• Keep work and storage areas safe, clean, and tidy.
• Perform other duties as requested.

A Day in the Life

As an Inventory Clerk, you will play an important part of the Inventory team by ensuring accuracy of inventory, efficient organization and execution of inventory processes. You’ll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

What does success look like in this role?

The ideal candidate has effective communication and interaction across all levels of the facility to ensure inventory issues and tasks are being handled in a timely and appropriate manner.

The following schedule is available for this role:

Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm @ $17.75 /hr

Saturday - Wednesday: (Weekdays: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am, Weekends: 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm) @ 19.75 /hr

Starting Pay: $17.75 an hour

Location: 3591 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044

• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

• Ability to gain narrow aisle forklift certification.

• Must be able to read/comprehend English
