Job summary

The Art Source, Inc. in Kapolei, Hawaii is seeking a dependable Distribution Center Inventory & Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for online customers and to keep inventory accurate on the warehouse floor.

You will acknowledge order inquiries, route them to the appropriate department, pick and pack orders, receive and restock inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain a clean, efficient flow from receiving to shipment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and email skills required.
• Willingness to learn new systems and AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail with counts and orders.
• Able to work on both keyboard and warehouse floor.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge online order inquiries and route them to the correct department.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Receive and restock incoming inventory.
• Perform scheduled cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and flowing from receiving to shipment.
