Job summary

You will help keep the store clean, organized, and shoppable, and ensure each guest receives a personalized experience aligned with our values. You will greet customers, assist with displays, apply product knowledge to drive sales, perform weekly inventory counts, and operate the register.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Retail, and Cash Handling experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• General knowledge and experience with computer systems and two-way radios.

Responsibilities

• Greets every customer and provides personalized assistance to ensure a positive store experience.
• Sets up and breaks down regular, seasonal, and promotional displays and maintains merchandising presentation.
• Builds customer loyalty through product knowledge and suggestive selling; maintains knowledge on current and advertised products.
• Performs weekly physical counts of merchandise and handles register transactions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Works in a safe manner and actively practices prevention methods to protect yourself and others.
