Job summary

KnitWell Group is hiring a Stock Associate for our Tampa location to help run store operations smoothly. You will oversee shipments, move products from stockroom to sales floor, and keep the store, backroom, and desk organized and fully stocked.

You’ll greet customers and set a positive tone for shopping experiences. With attention to detail and customer service focus, you play a vital role in store success, including maintaining inventory and merchandising standards and supporting store leaders

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to create excellent customer experiences.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Prepare the store and backroom: process shipments, stock the sales floor, and organize merchandise and supplies.
• Display new merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Manage inventory accuracy, price accuracy, and product stock levels.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by store leaders.
