Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Support Associate to manage inventory, assist customers on the sales floor, and uphold brand standards at our Houston area store. You will handle shipments, stockroom organization, and timely merchandising while contributing to a welcoming shopping environment.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a team-focused mindset and strong attention to detail. Temporary/Part time position with opportunities to grow within the brand.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes from intake to replenishment on the sales floor.
• Keep stockroom organized and accessible.
• Ensure new products are merchandised promptly on the floor.
• Assist with price changes and restocking.
• Maintain a visually appealing environment that reflects brand standards.
• Support store leaders with visual directives and signage placement.
• Deliver a customer-focused experience aligned with company hospitality.
