Job summary

Joby Aviation is seeking an Inventory Counter in San Carlos, CA to support our supply chain and inventory operations. In this temporary role, you will perform accurate physical counts of parts, materials, and warehouse inventory to support ongoing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or retail stock environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking software or spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

Required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout a standard shift

Desired

• Experience with ERP or WMS systems (e.g., SAP)
• Prior experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing inventory environment

Additional Information

This is a temporary position. The target base pay for this position is $22-$26/hr. The base pay will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
