Job summary

Joby Aviation is seeking an Inventory Counter to support our supply chain and inventory operations at Marina, CA. This temporary role involves performing accurate counts of parts and materials to ensure data integrity in the system.

Candidates should meet basic literacy and numerical accuracy requirements and be able to lift up to 35 lbs. You will work within a warehouse environment, counting stock, verifying quantities, and assisting with discrepancies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or retail stock environment.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking software or spreadsheets.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout a standard shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts and cycle counts of warehouse stock, raw materials, and assemblies.
• Verify inventory quantities against system records and report discrepancies to leadership.
• Operate basic material handling equipment and follow all warehouse safety procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled storage locations across the facility.
• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics team members to resolve inventory status questions.
