Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory and cost accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics, Oracle, Epicor or SAP).
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs and advanced formulas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory costing and monitor inventory balances.
• Reconcile inventory accounts and prepare inventory-related journal entries.
• Support the month-end close process.
• Analyze inventory and costing variances and investigate discrepancies; identify process improvements.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audit requests.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate inventory reporting.
