Leidos is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our Defense Systems Sector. The role involves counting inventory, issuing materials to jobs, and maintaining spreadsheets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in warehousing, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and inventory software. Training starts on 1st shift, with weekend hours, and a required Secret clearance.

• Minimum of three years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Training for the first few months on 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and ability to work the weekend shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required.
• Basic computer skills including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and inventory management software are required.

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible completing inventory cycle counts, issuing material to jobs, and maintaining inventory spreadsheets. Primary Responsibilities

• Report all inventory-related issues to the Inventory Manager.

• Organize and label inventory systematically in partnership with warehouse staff.
• Oversee on-site inventory management across multiple locations.
• Engage effectively in collaborative discussions.
• Update and maintain physical inventory records in the computer system.
• Basic Qualifications Willingness to be flexible and to work overtime as necessary. Applicants should have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Candidates must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Must be available to train for the first few months on 1st shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.Must be able to work the weekend shift from 6:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m.Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required. Must be capable of lifting to 35 lbs., standing for extended periods, and operating standard material transfer equipment.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Inventory management software are required.Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance

Pay Range

Pay Range $45,500.00 - $82,250.00
