Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• One year of inventory coordination experience preferred.
• Good math and PC skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Must be able to work required hours.

Responsibilities

• Count, reconcile, and maintain inventory levels of raw and full goods in production/warehouse and yard.
• Prepare daily reports, syrup yields, line efficiencies, and inventory results.
• Post inventory data to SAP; create inbound and outbound documentation (BOL).
• Communicate shortages and vendor status; audit with vendors on-site.
• Enter data with AP and Supply Chain; generate required reports.
