Qualifications

• Relevant experience in inventory control, storeroom management, purchasing, or a related supply chain role.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SAP for inventory and materials management.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to generate, interpret, and act upon inventory reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on collaborative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze order reports to determine inventory requirements and purchasing needs.
• Establish and monitor raw material inventory levels within the SAP system, ensuring materials are available to meet operational needs.
• Conduct routine audits and updates in SAP to maintain inventory accuracy and data integrity.
• Coordinate closely with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to facilitate smooth material flow and availability.
• Track inventory trends and assist in forecasting future material requirements to support operational efficiency.
• Generate, review, and analyze inventory-related reports, providing actionable recommendations to improve inventory performance.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory management processes and procedures.
