Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 2 years relevant experience managing inventory.
• Experience using Oracle or SAP.
• Ability to drive a forklift.
• Attention to detail; good verbal and written communication.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and report findings to management.
• Receive incoming parts, verify quantities and descriptions against vendor packing lists, and ensure accuracy before processing.
• Use Oracle to receive inventory invoices, confirming quantities match packing lists and system records.
• Use Apex to process parts requests from different branches, pull parts from inventory, pack and ship orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to maintain adequate stock.
• Complete weekly vendor runs to pick up parts; operate forklifts to load/unload freight and move materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment in compliance with safety standards.
