Why This Role Matters

The Inventory Control Coordinator facilitates the clearance of aged inventory from Christie’s warehouses, ensuring compliance with US law, tax regulations, and company policies. The role involves client communication via phone and email, embodying our core values and maintaining high client service standards.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Analyst to maintain data integrity through reporting and analysis.
  • Assist warehouse reporting and process improvements with logistics supervisors/managers.
  • Support inventory reporting, reconciliations, and property movement tracking.
  • Coordinate inventory transfers to third parties, reporting progress.
  • Work with IT teams to refine reports and applications supporting logistics initiatives.
  • Help cleanse bad data in collaboration with warehouse management.
  • Support inventory reporting for senior leadership.
  • Act as a best-practice resource for JDE system use within logistics.
  • Perform other projects and tasks as assigned by logistics leadership.
What You Will Bring To The Team
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Christie’s systems, especially JDE; Tableau beneficial.
  • Highly organized with multitasking, prioritization, and prompt follow-up skills.
  • Problem-solving and information management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven time and task management skills.
  • Professional and responsible collaboration across business areas.
