Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to ensure inventory accuracy and coordinate cross-department activities in beverage production. The role will manage weekly ingredient planning, raw material transfers, and cycle counts across on-site and 3PL locations.

You will work closely with Purchasing, R&D, and Customer Service to maintain stock integrity, perform end-of-month adjustments, and support a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in similar role.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts preferred.
• Experience with Oracle and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Determine weekly ingredient needs based on production tracker.
• Schedule delivery of ingredients from offsite locations.
• Perform cycle counts and verify quantity on hand.
• Process orders and transfers in Oracle.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and R&D for inventory releases.
• Maintain inventory accuracy at 3PL warehouses.
