THE JOB:

As an Inventory Coordinator in Housekeeping at Aria, you will be responsible for processing and stocking inventory. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $18.04 per hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Purchase Housekeeping & Public area departmental supplies, as well as linen needs through company operating systems

  • Track all items delivered to Housekeeping floors daily, through systems and items to other departments.

  • Timely response to supply and linen requests.

  • Respond in a timely manner with all departmental communication. (i.e email, teams and text)

  • Perform Inventory & maintenance of departmental electronic devices. (i.e Location Based Alarms, Mobile devices, radios and keys)

  • Ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with OSHA and Biohazard procedures.

  • Inventory all equipment and storage areas and supplies weekly and as directed.

  • Maintain records of items received and ensure quality and quantity of product is as ordered.

  • Communication with vendor(s) with follow-up

  • Perform work that could involve use of ladders, as well as equipment used on and around the Aria Property (i.e. tuggers, lifts, pallet jacks) etc.

  • Responsible for properly executing all requests made by VIP Services, Executives, etc. in a timely manner.

  • Participate in the property's sustainability initiative through energy conservation and the use of recycling programs and materials.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Has High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

  • Has the ability to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.

  • Has 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Administrative Experience.

  • Has 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in a Warehouse.

  • Has purchasing and inventory control experience.

  • Has experience working in a similar resort setting.
