Job summary

Inventory Coordinator at Sodexo is responsible for inventory compliance, timely allocations, and accurate recordkeeping across warehouse and storage areas. You will perform data entry for inventory systems and assist with organizing, tracking, and reconciling inventory to meet client requirements.

The role requires 1–2 years in inventory/purchasing or warehouse operations, with the possibility of forklift experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Forklift operation experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site storerooms by receiving, verifying, packing, sorting, and organizing inventory.
• Prepare and process purchase orders; verify specifications and pricing with suppliers.
• Review discrepancy reports for credits or returns and resolve issues with relevant personnel.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure FIFO and timely stock transfers.
