Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our diverse team and support manufacturing and defense systems projects. The role involves cycle counts, issuing material to jobs, and maintaining inventory spreadsheets with stringent accuracy and attention to detail.

The position requires 3+ years in a manufacturing/warehouse environment, proficiency in Excel/Outlook, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Weekend and first-shift training are required as part of onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to train on first shift and work weekend shift; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Report inventory issues to Inventory Manager.
• Oversee receiving and ensure accurate data entry in ERP/system.
• Manage fixed assets inventory, perform cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Maintain FIFO inventory practices and appropriate stocking levels.
• Coordinate shipments with management and warehouse staff.
• Organize and label inventory across multiple locations.
• Update physical inventory records in the system.
