As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing processes for our warehouse inventory, shipping, and receiving.

What you'll do...
  1. Performing cycle counts daily for materials such as raw materials, finished goods, packaging materials, and non-confirming materials.
  2. Responsible for accurately posting transactions when moving products.
  3. Package and label items correctly, safely, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Ensure materials in the warehouse and work cell areas are in the correct location and packaged appropriately.
  5. Inspect products for defects or damage. Report damage or missing inventory to the inventory control specialist or management team.
  6. Assist operations, engineering, sales, and customer service in locating materials and ensure parts are transacted properly when moved.
  7. Operate forklift, pallet jack or other equipment as needed.
  8. Other general warehouse duties as assigned.
  9. Assist with the organization and good housekeeping of the NCS facility (6S Practices).
  10. Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies.
  11. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time.
Qualifications
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
  3. MRP System and scanner experience, preferred.
  4. Experience with data entry and general use on computer systems.
  5. Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools.
  6. Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
  7. Ability to work in a team environment.
  8. Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.
Physical Requirements
  1. Ability to lift medium weight up to 50 lbs.
  2. May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations.
  3. Ability to climb ladders safely.
  4. May sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
