Join Our Team as an Inventory Coordinator - Cycle Counter at Ryko Solutions

National Carwash Solutions, a leading provider in the car wash industry for over 50 years, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator - Cycle Counter. Join our team and be part of a high-growth, team-oriented company with a strong service network across North America.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts for raw materials, finished goods, packaging, and non-conforming materials.
• Accurately post transactions related to product movements.
• Package and label items correctly, safely, and according to company policies.
• Ensure proper location and packaging of warehouse materials.
• Inspect products for defects or damages and report issues.
• Assist various departments in locating materials and ensure proper transaction of parts.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment as needed.
• Maintain warehouse organization and adhere to safety policies, including OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP systems and scanners is a plus.
• Proficient in data entry and computer systems.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to work in a team and flexible with hours, including overtime.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Capability to stoop, bend, reach, walk, and perform repetitive hand motions.
• Ability to climb ladders safely.
• Prolonged sitting or standing as needed.
