Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to manage and optimize inventory across our main warehouse, satellite locations, and global remote sites. This is a highly visible client-facing role that requires analytical skills, vendor management, and hands‑on inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and track inventory across the central warehouse, manned satellite locations, and global remote sites.
  • Cycle Counting & Audits: Conduct regular cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and perform detailed root‑cause analysis.
  • Aging Analysis: Monitor and analyze inventory aging to optimize stock levels and prevent obsolescence.
  • Procurement & Purchasing: Source inventory and warehouse supplies from various vendors and manage the creation of Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Client Relations: Act as a primary client contact, ensuring excellent service through extensive email communication and timely follow‑ups.
  • Data Reporting: Track metrics and present findings using spreadsheets, graphs, presentations, and proprietary software.
Requirements & Physical Demands:
  • Strong client-facing skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using spreadsheets, presentation tools, and inventory management systems.
  • Physical ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $37,500 to $83,600. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
