Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support material and finished goods inventories. The role involves recording and tracking inventories, performing cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies using RF handheld scanners and SAP.

Job description

Shift

• Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 1:00 pm – 9:30 Pm (2nd shift)
• 13-month contract with potential for conversion

Pay: $25/hr

Overview

• The role is responsible for recording and tracking inventories of materials, supplies, and finished product.
• Coordinating relationships with plants to facilitate elimination out of stocks and overstocks
• Communicating to Demand Planning, any service issues related to stock availability, and coordinate resolution
• Conduct a physical inventory of Full Goods using an RF handheld scanning equipment and a physical inventory of Raw Materials and Concentrates, keying in inventories into spreadsheets and SAP
• The role is also responsible for ensuring proper administration of all cycle count procedures and processes; research outstanding issues related to inventory reconciliation; reconcile any inventory discrepancies and handle any follow up questions from customers
• Issuing out any production /warehouse inventory breakage and any employee product usage and post full goods inventory without discrepancies.
• Preparing, maintaining and distributing reports related to inventory. Run production labels.
