· Associate degree or higher in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent relevant experience).

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

· Prior employment experience in the two-way or push-to-talk (PTT) radio industry is preferred. The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate familiarity with radio models, accessories, and related two-way radio communications equipment.

· Proficiency with inventory management systems, including QuickBooks Desktop, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency required).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to accuracy and detail.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with proven success meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
