Job summary

Martin Energy Group in Brownstown, PA is expanding its production capabilities in a 110,000 sq. ft. facility. You’ll join us as an Inventory Coordinator to keep parts and materials organized, accurate, and available for production and service.

You’ll coordinate inventory activities, shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and parts staging while collaborating with purchasing, production, service, and the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Dependable with good follow-through.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and inventory systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of the role.

Responsibilities

• Help coordinate shipping and receiving activities
• Maintain accurate inventory records and locations
• Coordinate cycle counting and help resolve inventory discrepancies
• Ensure parts are properly received, labeled, stored, and tracked
• Pull and stage parts for production and service
• Communicate inventory needs to purchasing
• Help maintain an organized and efficient warehouse
• Track the movement of parts throughout the warehouse
• Identify inventory issues and help find solutions
• Help improve inventory processes as MEG continues to grow

As an Inventory Coordinator at Martin Energy Group, you’ll help keep parts and materials organized, accurate, and available for production and service. You’ll coordinate inventory activities, shipping and receiving, cycle counting, and parts staging while working closely with purchasing, production, service, and the warehouse team.

You’ll:
