Position

Inventory Controller / Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accountability for stock, goods in transit, production inventory, and obsolescence reserves within assigned product areas.
• Oversee and manage strategic stock levels to support replenishment strategies and business needs.
• Analyze inventory trends to minimize excess, shortages, and obsolescence.
• Ensure accurate inventory records across all systems and locations.
• Generate regular reports on inventory performance, accuracy, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and assess risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on inventory control improvements and initiatives.
• Align schedules and activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Support product lifecycle management, including new item setup and product phase-outs.
• Assist in developing and improving inventory strategies and processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations.
• Apply strong analytical skills to interpret and manipulate data for decision‑making.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
