Jetro Restaurant Depot is hiring an Inventory Controller to maintain accurate inventory records and support stock management. You will align system data with physical inventory and work with warehouse and operations teams to resolve discrepancies and improve inventory processes.

The role emphasizes data analysis, daily tracking, and adherence to inventory policies to ensure operational efficiency across distribution centers.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control processes to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels


• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely manner


• Perform routine inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain data integrity


• Maintain accurate inventory records within company systems


• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to support inventory accuracy

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies


• Experience working with inventory systems and basic reporting tools


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools


• Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counting or inventory auditing processes


• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)


• Background in distribution, wholesale, or high-volume inventory environments
