Responsibilities include daily inventory counts, data entry into the inventory management system, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining organized inventory documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Previous experience with data entry or inventory counting preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with Excel or similar systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work on-site during scheduled hours.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform light physical activity throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inventory counts and physical verification of materials and products.
• Enter data accurately into the inventory management system.
• Identify and help reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date inventory documentation.
• Support the inventory and warehouse teams with additional tasks as needed.
• Able to reach and carry parts if needed (45 lbs)
