Job summary

Regional International - Buffalo/Cheektowaga is seeking an Inventory Control/Warehouse team member to maintain accurate inventory records and support our Buffalo, NY operations. You will perform cycle counts, monitor receiving, stocking, picking and shipping processes, and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.

The role requires strong reading, math and communication skills, proficiency with inventory software and MS Office, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Forklift certification may be required; valid driver's license needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts as scheduled and audit inventory records.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies; implement corrective actions.
• Monitor receiving, stocking, picking, shipping and inventory processes for compliance.
• Key in and verify inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate records and log damages/shortages.
• Inspect incoming shipments and coordinate with manager to rectify issues.
• Select optimal shipping methods, routes and rates.
• Audit shipments against invoices, orders, and bills of lading.

Join Regional International - Buffalo/Cheektowaga as an Inventory Control/Warehouse, where you will play a key role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records to support our operations in Buffalo, NY. This position offers an hourly wage of $18.00 - $20.00 and is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts as scheduled, monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory records, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor receiving, stocking, picking,shipping and inventory transaction processes for compliance
• Responsible for the keying and verifying of inventory updates.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records.
• Inspects incoming shipments to reject damaged items, logs shortages, and collaborates with manager to rectify damages and shortages.
• Select optimal shipping methods, routes, and rates based on a deep understanding of logistic procedures and pricing.
• Audits incoming and outgoing shipments by verifying product details andquantitiesagainstinvoices, orders, and bills of lading

Requirements.

• Demonstrates strong reading, problem-solving, and mathematical skill alongside excellent verbal and written communications abilities.
• Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Possesses a valid driver's license
• Proficient in operating computer systems, calculators, motor vehicles, and forklifts.
• Skilled in utilizing mechanical tools including crimpers,pliers, wrenches and tape measures.
