You will handle data from purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents, use Microsoft Office, operate warehouse equipment, and assist with inventory adjustments while complying with safety standards.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, flexible shifts (2nd or 3rd), and the ability to work in temperature-controlled

Qualifications

• Understand instructions in English and follow standard operating procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; physical readiness for warehouse duties.
• Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments; cold and dry storage.
• Flexible work schedule and shifts, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Perform cycle counts and assist in physical inventories.
• Verify accuracy of shipping orders using catalogs and product lists.
• Operate warehouse equipment while following safety standards.
