Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Riverside, CA is seeking an Inventory Control Tech for a 4AM shift to help maintain accurate records and support receiving, storage, and shipping activities. You will perform daily cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure inventory integrity in a cold storage environment while following safety policies.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, proficiency with Excel and company systems, and the ability to lift up

Qualifications

At least 2 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in cold storage environments and lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory, purchasing, shipping, and warehouse records.
Perform daily cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies, damages, adjustments, and shrinkage issues.
Identify product locations and verify product IDs, pallet IDs, and substitutes.
Review shipping orders for accuracy using catalogs, manuals, and inventory references.
Monitor inventory levels and determine when replenishment is required.
Review inventory files to identify unused or obsolete products and advise actions.
Order and maintain shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
