Position: Inventory Control Tech

Schedule: Monday to Thursday | 4:30PM-3AM
Friday to Sunday | 6AM-6PM OR 6PM-6AM

Pay Rate: Up to $22/hour - based on experience

Don’t miss the chance to join our warehouse team! Keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory with precision. You’ll track and maintain physical and virtual product records through cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration. From ordering and receiving to storing and shipping, you’ll ensure accurate inventory flow throughout the facility. Additionally, you will keep stock levels optimized by ordering essential shipping materials, supplies, and equipment. If you thrive in an organized, fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update inventory, purchasing, and shipping records to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compile and analyze data from purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions.
  • Monitor stock levels, anticipate replenishment needs, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Conduct cycle counts, assist with physical inventories, and verify product accuracy.
  • Cross-check stock numbers, pallet IDs, and product information to ensure order accuracy.
  • Identify unused or excess stock and recommend disposal of damaged or obsolete items.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Operate warehouse equipment to move and organize products while following safety guidelines.
What You Bring:
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures (-20°F cold storage to 100°F dry storage) with provided protective gear.
  • Capability to lift at least 40 lbs. (weight may vary by facility).
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if needed.
