Job summary

Lineage is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for the 2nd shift in Attalla, AL. You'll maintain physical and virtual inventories and handle cycle counts, claims, and data related to ordering, receiving, storing, and shipping goods.

The role requires reviewing records and ensuring accurate stock levels across the facility. Responsibilities include compiling data from multiple sources, determining replenishment needs, and identifying damages or obsolete items for disposal.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
• Able to lift 40 lbs and work in varied storage temperatures.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Assemble data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Assist in cycle counts and verify product IDs.
• Review catalog references to verify shipping orders.
• Identify unused items and recommend disposal.
