Job summary

The role requires accuracy in data entry, daily stock counts, and coordination of deliveries and pickups. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 3+ years in inventory control, with a valid Virginia driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in record-keeping and inventory control.
• Well-developed communications skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Must possess a valid Virginia driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Monitors stock levels and customer demands.
• Performs daily stock counts.
• Assists in receiving incoming shipments of materials.
• Enters data in computerized inventory systems and maintains inventory balances.
• Coordinates/ schedules pickups and deliveries.
• Keeps Supervisor informed of stock on hand and shortages.
