East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Technician to join our S-1 Operations team on 2nd Shift.

This role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production, and ensuring materials and products are tracked throughout the manufacturing process. You will enjoy working with data, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with multiple departments to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Basic Reading and Math required.
• Ability to interact with computer screens and mainframe systems.
• Proven ability to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counts of grids, plates, groups, batteries, and purchased components in S-1.
• Record inventory information and maintain reports.
• Verify inventory by comparing physical inventory to system records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and reporting errors.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve inventory accuracy through problem-solving.
