Job summary

Lineage in Baltimore is seeking a warehouse inventory associate for the 1st shift with weekend requirements. You will compile and maintain records, manage inbound/outbound orders, and support cycle counts to ensure accurate stock.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and safely

• Weigh, count, and inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards

• Monitor stock levels and identify when inventory needs replenishment

Job description

1st Shift: Weekends required

Pay: $23.25/hr

Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories via daily activities of cycle counting, claims management and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for/from the facility. Order shipping materials supplies and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate warehouse material handling equipment to move product while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory management, quality control, or related warehouse operations
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in the facility's primary language
• Basic math and computer skills required
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in an ambient warehouse environment (temperatures may reach up to ~100°F depending on the season)
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull at least 40 lbs regularly
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying noise levels

Pay Range:$17.79 - $30.05
