O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead receiving, inventory control, and quality assurance within the distribution center. You will oversee cycle counts, ensure accurate WMS setup, and guide a growing team toward improved accuracy and efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have an associate degree and 7–12 months in inventory control or related roles, plus experience with WMS and process optimization. Join a company investing in people and internal growth.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 7-12 months of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related environments.
• 4-6 months coordinating work or supporting team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes and material flow.
• Experience with WMS and related technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receiving, inventory control, and quality assurance activities for accuracy and efficiency.
• Supervise cycle counting programs, including over/short counts and special counts.
• Maintain WMS configuration and location/item master data for compliance.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and training.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive departmental goals aligned with leadership and safety standards.
• Coordinate audits and investigate variances to locate discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy and flow.
