Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking an Inventory Control Manager in Alsip, IL, to oversee inventory integrity and lead a team. Your role involves maintaining accuracy across various inventory levels, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in inventory control within an industrial setting, strong leadership capabilities, and proficiency in SAP and data analysis.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in inventory control / materials management in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• 3+ years of experience with inventory control audits.
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience with SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control activities across raw materials, WIP, finished goods, and MRO inventory.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
