Job summary

Electrolux Home Products, Inc. in Springfield, TN is seeking an Inventory Control Supervisor.

You will lead the inventory control team, establish governance, and ensure data integrity across JDE and related systems, while partnering with Operations, Finance, and Quality to drive performance. You will develop dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI, investigate discrepancies, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of inventory control, manufacturing, or warehousing experience.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Proficiency in JD Edwards (JDE) and data analysis tools.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and knowledge of Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory Control team and cross‑functional partners.
• Establish and enforce inventory control policies, procedures, and governance.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and system data (JDE and other systems).
• Investigate discrepancies using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Warehouse.
• _manage scrap processing, audits, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Drive continuous improvement in accuracy, material flow, labor efficiency, waste, and cost.
• Monitor KPI performance and produce dashboards/reports for visibility.
• Support audits and provide data‑driven recommendations.
