Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and communicate complex information.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and applicable software.
• Experience in cost management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interviewing of Inventory Control staff.
• Coach and mentor team; manage succession plans for Inventory Control.
• Set and monitor team performance metrics and goals.
• Coordinate withWorkcell Manager and other departments to align strategy.
• Improve processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy of record keeping and stock levels in the warehouse.
